  28. Let me just pop in here and say that it was my big idea in the first place
  29. to hook John up with Wonder's Lazarus Engineering division, because I
  30. figured they'd cut him a decent deal and it would continue the development
  31. of the product.  When I did so, I assure you I had no idea that the
  32. company would be going bankrupt a couple of weeks later.

  34. I think it's fairly safe to assume that the trustees from the accounting 
  35. firm of Ernst and Young won't know what the hell to do with the VC source 
  36. code. :)
